Garth Brooks’s family has said they are standing beside the country music star during his recent sexual assault allegations. However, while they are supporting him during the lawsuits, it appears that it isn’t making them feel very good as the cases wear on. Trisha Yearwood, especially, is reportedly feeling “stressed” about the situation.

Here is what you need to know about Garth and Trisha.

Trisha Yearwood ‘Stressed’ During Sexual Assault Allegations

However, there are sources who say that Trisha Yearwood is starting to feel the stress of the legal proceedings. “Trisha is obviously upset,” a source close to the family said of Garth’s sexual assault scandal (via Life & Style). “It’s a stressful time for her and the whole family.”

For his part, Garth said that he has been “hassled to no end with threats, lies and tragic tales of what my future would be if I did not write a check for many millions of dollars.” However, he said he wouldn’t allow this person to extort him for what amounts to lies. “I trust the system, I do not fear the truth, and I am not the man they have painted me to be.”

The woman claims Garth propositioned her, sent her sexually explicit texts, told her his sexual fantasies, and groped her breasts while she worked.

Trisha Yearwood Named In Assault Allegations

The accuser also added Trisha Yearwood’s name to her sexual assault allegations. According to “Jane Roe,” Trisha knew what Garth was doing and turned a blind eye to it. This was in the court documents surrounding the case.

The accuser said that Yearwood was “complicit” in the assault. The woman has worked for Trisha since 1999 and started working for Garth in 2017 as a hairstylist. The woman claims that Trisha allegedly heard Garth’s “explicit talk” at least once. She also said that Garth said he and Trisha have had “threesomes” all over the country.

Trisha has not responded to any of the accusations, while Garth said nothing is true. Brooks said that he wants the truth to come out so he can clear his name. Garth actually sued “Jane Roe” a month before she sued him. Garth’s suit was for “extortion,” saying that she was demanding huge paydays to keep her from suing him.

  1. I don’t believe this trash for a second. It’s disgusting what people will do for money. She waits 5 years to come forward with this garbage? Come on

    1. I don’t want to believe it, however where there’s smoke there’s fire! Too much stuff is continuing to come out. Men simply need to control their sexual urges!

  2. I hope you are right. I really do!! I really hate hearing these horror stories that are coming to light about celebrities and their true behavior behind closed doors. Its not only shocking. It’s sick, demented, repulsive, and repugnant. Not people that should be free to walk the streets. So for Garth’s sake, I really hope this is a shake down for money. That this is nothing but lies. If these allegations are true. I hope they prosecute his ass to fullest extent of the law!!! Then run his ass out of country music!!!

  3. The part that bothers me is, why did she wait so long? I feel that she waited that long, is because she needs money! Why else would you wait 5 years?? Makes sense doesn’t it??

  4. The truth is as plain as can be. Someone who has been victimized – specifically raped – isn’t going to send demand letters to their attacker demanding obscene amounts of money to keep quiet. To a rape victim, no amount of money will ever make it right… Victims of that kind of evil don’t seek money; they seek JUSTICE. If they’ve waited too long to speak up and can’t prosecute in criminal court, and have to sue in civil court instead, the money awarded is an afterthought. What’s important is that the victim gets justice and the attacker has to deal with the consequences publicly and live with the aftermath and shame of that. She was never raped. Sounds like he propositioned her or that they messed around, or maybe she propositioned him and he turned her down (it happens), and then she became obsessed or greedy or both, and he terminated her employment, and this is revenge. And if that’s not enough, ask yourself this… what woman in her right mind who’s just been raped stays in the same hotel room with her attacker afterwards to do his hair and makeup for an event to make sure he wasn’t late? I’ll wait… lol. Yeah, none. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for justice and any person who sexually victimizes someone should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law… but I know bullshit when I smell it, and that’s exactly what this chick is trying to sell to the public. I hope they prove his innocence and her guilt and that she gets nailed for extortion.

  5. I think that a man doesn’t have a chance against a kid or a woman because if it involves money there going to do what ever they can to get it. If it means to lie about it I’ve seen it happen many times. and I think it’s bull sh it
