‘Below Deck’ Davide Morosi Married A Man Accidentally

Below Deck Sailing Yacht cast member Davide Morosi shared a very interesting story in the latest episode. Morosi shared that in one of his wilder moments, he found himself accidentally married to a male individual, even though he is straight. He said he tied the knot with this individual for kicks and giggles.

Davide Morosi shared his wild escapade during Season 5, Episode 2. He shared that in a wild moment at a festival, he made some interesting decisions. Morosi said, “Once, at this crazy festival, I ended up, like, marrying this guy.” Davide explained that his impromptu marriage was because he is a “free spirit” and “different in many ways.”

It turns out that this marriage even though it was impromptu, ended up lasting a while. Davide Morosi shared “We actually divorced probably two or three years later,” he continued “I’m straight, but we are married on Facebook as well.” Morosi is certainly a free spirit! We’re just now meeting Davide, and were excited to find out more tea on this wild individual.

Being new to the Below Deck franchise fans are eager to learn more about David Morosi. Captain Glenn Shephard gave all the details on Morosi. The Captain and Davide are bunkmates this season. David Morosi was brought in as Chief Engineer when Collin Macrae was unable to fill the position this season. Captain Glenn had very positive things to say about Mr. Morosi.

Captain Shephard said that David Morosi “Knows his way around an engine room,” he continued “Most of his experience is on boats like ours. He knows big sailboats really well. There are a lot of great engineers out there, but if they don’t have specific experience with boats like the Parsifal, they’re going to struggle.” It sounds like even though David has a wild personal life he is well qualified to be Chief Engineer for Parsifal.

Captain Glenn did get a little bit of a shock when he found out that his bunkmate sleeps in the nude. He didn’t seem to be too bothered by it. He found out by watching the preview. Glenn said  “I saw that on the preview! I didn’t even know that happened so obviously it was a bit of a shock. He’s a good guy, though.” It is a risky decision to sleep nude in a cabin with cameras in it and when you have a bunkmate. Good thing that Captain Shephard wasn’t bothered by Davide’s nudity.
