‘NCIS’ Season 22: Does Agent Jessica Knight Have Regrets?
The NCIS Season 22 premiere is almost here. Last season, Special Agent Jessica Knight broke hearts of the show’s fans with her departure from the team. However, it looks like the character portrayed by Katrina Law may have some regrets.
What should fans of the CBS military procedural series expect? Here is all that we know now.
Does Special Agent Jessica Knight Have Regrets?
When NCIS Season 22 starts out, it is many months after the shocking Season 21 ending. Special Agent Jessica Knight has moved to the West Coast for her new job as Chief REACT Training Officer. According to a recent interview with TV Insider, Katrina Law claims Knight is pretty happy.
Overall, she’s pretty happy and she loves her new job. She loves the Pendleton team, she loves the REACT peole that she’s working with, and she’s really had a great six months. That being said, I’m not sure that it’s quite as fulfilling as she thought and hoped it would be.
However, it seems that Knight’s opinion could change. That is because the DC team is in California. There is a missing undercover agent, and Jessica has a reunion that Law describes as “truly” happy. Despite the severity of the active situation, she still has time for her and Parker (Gary Cole) to have a “heart-to-heart about if they’re happy, where they are, and how things are going.”
The title of this episode is called “Empty Nest,” and that is because the DC office is pretty quiet. Torres is undercover, and McGee (Sean Murray) could be on his way out. He has interviewed for a promotion in Colorado. Parker may want to test the waters to see if Knight may want to come back to the empty office.
This is a pivotal time for Knight. Moreover, she seems to have a few regrets about leaving this team that has become her family. Fans will need to tune in to see what she decides.
