Hallmark+’s ‘Ripple’ Casts ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Alum Ian Harding
Hallmark has announced its cast for the new series entitled Ripple. Created by Michele Giannusa, this is a new series about four strangers and their serendipitous connection.
Who is starring in this new movie? In addition, what is this series about? Here are the latest details.
Who Is Starring In Hallmark+ Series Ripple?
Deadline has reported the leads will will star in the upcoming series Ripple. Starring in the new series is Frankie Faison, Julia Chan, Sydney Agudong, and Ian Harding.
What Is Ripple About?
Here is what Ripple is about. “Set in New York City, the series follows the four – Walter (Faison), Kris (Chan), Nate (Harding), and Aria (Agudong) – who have unknowingly crossed paths many times but never met. As they each face life’s challenges, their actions create a ripple effect that ultimately connects them. Ripple delivers a powerful message of hope: just wait for the rainbow, some of the best things in life can’t happen without the storm.”
Kelly Garrett, VP Programming at Hallmark Media shared, “Walter, Kris, Nate, and Aria are at the heart of Ripple and it was essential that we get it right in casting these roles.
After listing the core cast, Garrett added, “We cannot wait for them to guide viewers through this romantic look at life and humanity in New York City.”
When Will The Hallmark+ Series Premiere?
Ripple will premiere on the streaming channel sometime in 2025. However, Hallmark has not revealed their streaming plans for The Way Home and When Calls The Heart. For the past few years, the network made the new episodes available on their previous streaming platform, Hallmark Movies Now after they premiered on the OG.
However, if Hallmark decides to continue putting each new episode on the streaming channel after the linear network premiere, then it seems likely that Ripple will premiere when there are no other series currently running.
Currently, Hallmark+ is streaming the series The Chicken Sisters. This series is based on the K.J. Dell’Antonia novel of the same name, this dramedy follows two rival chicken restaurants.
When a reality series comes to town to film all the drama, relationships change, secrets are revealed, and some feathers are ruffled.
This holiday season, Hallmark+ will premiere two new series. They include Mistletoe Murders starring Sarah Drew and Peter Mooney, as well as the network’s first holiday series Holidazed. The latter features an ensemble cast that includes Ian Harding.
Therefore, it seems like Hallmark+ is the place to see a lot of content that stars the Pretty Little Liars alum.
