Jenna Ronan Shares Tragic Fate Of Unexpected
It took a very long time for Season 6 of Unexpected to finally air. A lot happened between the time it was filmed and the time it saw the light of day. Jenna Ronan and her boyfriend, JJ Della got engaged and welcomed their first son together. Newbies Emalee and Nate tied the knot despite viewers thinking their relationship was toxic while Kayleigh and Graham were on and off. As the season was coming to a close, Jenna joked that she was likely about to be retired. She had no idea if the show would be renewed and if it was, would she even be asked back?
Now, the season is over and fans are confused. There was no tell-all and the final episode ended with no proper updates. Jenna found out she was pregnant while Lilly Bennett and Lawrence Bishop got married. Yet, the rest of the cast was somewhat left in the dust. Jenna recently made a TikTok sharing that she gets a lot of messages asking if there will be more episodes. So, she responded and it was not the best news for diehard fans.

She noted that Season 6 is over and there are no more episodes. Jenna Ronan then addressed the future of the series. As far as she knows, no one else has filmed further and there has not been a casting. Usually, when the season comes to an end, a casting call immediately goes out and the girls post it on their socials. That is not happening. Sadly, Jenna believes Unexpected is “80% done.” She proposed that it could reboot and maybe other options but it’s over.
A Good Run
All in all, Jenna Ronan feels Unexpected had a good run. She thinks six seasons is pretty good but what did fans have to say upon hearing this news?

Someone asked why the show would be canceled and she noted “low ratings” as the culprit. Maybe there will be another variation of the series and Jenna will join. For now, it seems that Unexpected as viewers know it is a thing of the past.
