If that were not incendiary enough, the lawsuit even alleges that the famous country legend r*ped her in a hotel room in 2019.

With this current scandal being a hot-button topic and making countless headlines, the text messages between Garth Brooks and his accuser have been making the rounds online, with outlets like InTouch publishing them for the world to read.

  • One of the text exchanges reads: “warm fact! And that huge stick you carry! Roo-sevelt!!”
  • Replying to the first message, the next message says: “I’ll take that nick-name Thank you I love you.”

The lawsuit even alleges that Garth Brooks had more than one cellphone and several email addresses to communicate with his accuser, with this text exchange more than likely coming from that.
