Heather & Tarek El Moussa Dish On Major Life Changes Ahead
HGTV fans are eagerly awaiting more content from Heather and Tarek El Moussa. They’ve been teasing a new show, The Flip Off, for a while now. A new season of The Flipping El Moussas is coming to the network soon too.
While they build their brand, Tarek and Heather are also investing in their family too. Read on to see what the pair had to say.
Tarek El Moussa Happily Listens To Whatever Heather Says
Working with a spouse isn’t always easy. But for the El Moussas, their passion for real estate really brings them together.
“We collaborate on all of our projects, and I think it strengthens our relationship because we’re a team, and we do everything together, and we work together, we grow together, we learn together and we have a lot of fun together,” Tarek shared with HELLO! recently.
“At night, we sit down and we talk about our day, what’s happening tomorrow, our future, our past, and we really go over like what we can do to be better. I feel like we’re having a lot of fun doing it. And we don’t fight actually, which is crazy,” Heather added with a laugh, “Like when we’re working.”
Heather admits she’s learned so much about flipping houses from Tarek, but she admits she does have the final say on business decisions.
“My biggest strength is I listen to my wife,” Tarek shared.
Heather & Tarek’s Children Are Learning The Family Business
Tarek and Heather’s son Tristan is still very young, so it’s too soon to say if he inherited his parents’ real estate talents. However, Tarek’s children from his first marriage to Christina Haack are excited to join the family business.
“So right now, the most excited I would say is Brayden. So him and I, we look at fixer uppers for sale online. He’s actually written some offers with me,” Tarek told HELLO! “He’s invested in one of our flips, actually, in Season 2 of The Flipping El Moussas and he does hard money loans with us. So he’s learning a lot about the investment world, and he’s nine years old.”
“And Taylor has a really great design eye. We’ve designed a few places together, and we lay out the tile and the wallpaper and everything. And she has a really good eye of putting things together,” Heather happily shared about her stepdaughter.

As the children get older, there will be only more room and opportunities to grow the family empire. Could Taylor and Brayden get their own show next?
What’s Coming Up Next For The Couple?
As for what’s ahead, Heather and Tarek shared they’re just excited to see where the road takes them.
“We’re looking to move and buy a new house,” Heather explained. “We live at the beach right now, so we’re looking to move to something with a backyard because we’re kind of tight space right now. … 2025 is going to bring a lot of new things for us, so we’re just excited to embrace it.”
