‘DWTS’ Brooks Nader Will Be Pole Dancing Next Week
Dancing With The Stars Season 33 contestant Brooks Nader hasn’t been wildly popular with viewers so far. While she potentially has the skill and work ethic needed to go far, fans don’t love her overtly sexual chemistry with her dance partner, Gleb Savchenko.
DWTS execs typically like to hype up showmances, but Season 33 viewers believe it’s been way too much with Brooks and Gleb. During Oscars Night, they kissed during their prerecorded package. Later, a fan leaked a video of them kissing backstage.
But no matter what fans think, execs are excited to escalate the sexual tension. According to Brooks’ Instagram story, she will be working with a pole this week.
Brooks Nader Shows Off Her Pole On Instagram
In general, most Dancing With The Stars fans don’t take issue with sexually charged routines. But after Gleb and Brooks’ spicy number to Dolly Parton’s “9 to 5,” many fans expressed their annoyance online.
“Why does everything need to be so sexual with these two??” an aggravated Redditor wrote platform. “I’m not against that type of chemistry but that can’t be all they rely on. ‘9 to 5’ is NOT a sexy like bite your finger drop it low song.”
Time will tell what viewers have to say about the pole in one of their routines this week.
On Brooks’ Instagram story, she gave a teaser about her and Gleb’s routine. The song playing is Poison’s “Nothin’ But A Good Time,” revealing it involves their Cha-cha-cha for Hair Metal Night.
“This weeks prop,” she wrote on the photo, revealing a pole.
Since it was on Brooks’ Instagram story, fan comments weren’t publicly available. However, this is one routine that will certainly stoke ire on the internet.
The Pair Have Two Routines This Week
Due to the Vice Presidential debate, DWTS Season 33 postponed the October 1 episode and moved it to October 7. Monday night’s episode will be Soul Train Night, where Brooks and Gleb will dance the Rumba to “Sexual Healing” by Marvin Gaye. Needless to say, this is probably going to be a very provocative routine.
As previously mentioned, the pair will perform the Cha-cha-cha to Poison’s “Nothin’ But A Good Time” on Tuesday’s Hair Metal Night episode.
Rumor has it that Tuesday will also feature a double elimination. If Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko can’t secure enough fan votes, they’ll have to say goodbye to the competition.
