It’s been quite some time since the last episode of My 600-lb Life aired. However, Dr. Now uses Instagram as a platform to continue helping people. He’s been spreading awareness about the increasing numbers of childhood obesity in the U.S. He also endorsed a new reality weight loss show, Quarter Ton Teen, which is similar to his show, but most of the patients are the younger generations. Dr. Now also gives healthy living tips online. When he’s not performing operations, the bariatric surgeon hustles on Cameo, where he makes personalized videos for his clients.

In an Instagram post, Dr. Now promoted a new survival kit specifically for cardiac arrest. But what caught the attention of many was the My 600-lb Life star’s glowing look. According to some, the white beard and black hair dye fit the surgeon well. Some also hope that TLC will bring him back for more seasons. Dr. Now rarely endorses health care products. But with his inevitable retirement, many people believe he may resort to such things to generate more income.
