Niecy Nash Pokes Fun At ‘Greedy’ Co-Star Travis Kelce

Football superstar Travis Kelce is not just focused on making a name for himself on the football field. In fact, he’s gearing up for his acting debut in a star-studded TV show. One of his co-stars, though, hasn’t held back on the “greedy” character trait that he has. Read on to find out what it is.

What Did Niecy Nash Say About Travis Kelce?

Recently, popular actress Niecy Nash spoke about her experience working with Travis. The two are set to star in the Ryan Murphy horror series Grotesquerie.

She showered the athlete in compliments regarding how he showed up for work and his attitude during filming. However, there’s one department that Niecy says that he is lacking in and that department is food control.

“Travis is greedy. Anything and everything. I’m talking from burgers to pasta. Only one of us ever ate a salad  and that was me,” Nash quipped.

Kelce hasn’t responded to his co-star’s remarks just yet. His first appearance in Grotesquerie will be in Episode 3, which premieres on October 2. He will be in eight out of the ten episodes.

Fans Aren’t Happy About His Acting Debut

The second that it was announced that Travis would be starring in the series, a lot of people had an immediate negative reaction to the news.

Many have a theory that the only reason why he suddenly is pursuing an acting career is because of his spotlight relationship with his girlfriend Taylor Swift.

In a Reddit thread, people decided to call out the football star based on this theory, and for the simple fact that they don’t think he has what it takes to become an actor. Here are a few comments:

• “Can this disgusting social climber/nepo “boyfriend” go away? I wonder what other things he’ll weasel himself into.”
• “The show is just an hour of him trying to read the word grotesquerie.”
• “He can say a BIG thank you to his pr girlfriend Tay-Tay.”

What Else Is Travis Kelce Going To Act In?

Unfortunately for the people who weren’t excited about his horror series role, it’s just the beginning on his upcoming Hollywood takeover.

For starters, Travis is set to be the host of the game show Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity? It’s also been announced that he will have a role in the highly-anticipated Happy Gilmore sequel with Adam Sandler.
