Diddy Sued By Woman Who Alleges Abuse & Forced Abortion
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious legal issues and is in jail awaiting his hearing. However, he is now facing some civil charges as well. A woman has sued Combs for what she alleges is a four-year sexual assault campaign. She also claims that Combs forced her to have an abortion after getting her pregnant.
Here is what you need to know about the lawsuit.
Woman Sues Diddy For Sexual Assault Allegations
Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The feds had been investigating him for a few months before the arrest. The judge denied bail twice now, and DIddy remains locked up and awaiting trial.
Last Tuesday, he pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him. While he denies all charges against him, a new legal problem has popped up against DIddy. A woman has filed a civil lawsuit against Combs, claiming he abused her for years and even got her pregnant.
The woman’s name is unknown, but the lawsuit was filed under the name of Jane Doe (via TMZ). The woman claims that Diddy drugged and abused her for four years. She said that after one of the assaults, she ended up pregnant and finally miscarried.
The lawsuit said she met Diddy in 2020 after he invited her to travel with him. She claims she started to see him regularly in 2021 and 2022 in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, and other places.
What Did “Jane Doe” Claim Diddy Did To Her?
In the lawsuit, Jane Doe said that things got scary after that. She said that Diddy’s crew used “coercive and harassing language” toward her. She also said that Sean Combs began to abuse her physically.
She said he forced her to take ketamine and other drugs while with him. She claims he had drugged her before he allegedly got her pregnant in July 2022. She says that Diddy had his associates pressure her to get an abortion. This eventually led to her miscarriage.
In the lawsuit, Jane Doe claims he kept in touch until July 2024, making it a four-year relationship.
This was the second lawsuit, as Thaila Graves also filed a lawsuit for sexual and physical abuse that took place in 2001. This lawsuit claims that Diddy and his former head of security, Joseph Sherman, bound her and violently assaulted her after they allegedly drugged her. The incident allegedly happened in his studio in New York.
Sherman spoke out about that lawsuit, called it a “money grab,” and said he had never met Graves.
