Josh previously made headlines after sources claimed that he’s getting treated like a rockstar in prison. This comes after an insider said that the Counting On alum has been signing autographs on newspaper articles about him. There are no further proofs of the claims. However, this wasn’t the first time Josh did some unusual actions inside prison. At one point, he was caught with a contraband phone, which led to a 2-month extension of his sentence.

Josh Gets Special Privileges In Prison?

According to an insider, Josh was moved to a “renovated dorm” in prison that offers special privileges. The source added that the Counting On alum is now residing in a freshly painted room with flowers and turned it into an “honors dorm.” It was also said that there are washers, dryers, and other appliances in the dorm, and it seems it will make Josh Duggar feel at home.

But in exchange, it was revealed that the inmates have to have a job and must sign a code of conduct agreement to be able to stay in the special room. The insider said Josh currently doesn’t have a job, but he’s currently getting a “degree,” which counts as an exception for him to stay.

There are also speculations that it’s only a matter of time before Josh’s marriage with Anna ends for good. According to a Reddit thread, Anna recently launched her new business, a dog breeding company called Golden Grove Pups, LLC. Nobody from the Duggar family has mentioned the business. But many Counting On fans are glad Anna is finding ways to make income while her husband is in jail. Some also hope she’d file for divorce, even though it’s against their beliefs.
