  1. I think they should had lowered her time or even let her out . I’m not saying she shouldn’t ĝet any punishment but she has already been in prison almost 2yrs. her kids need her . I don’t understand why would u resentence her to a lower court and not take anything off her sentence. to me that was alot of time and money just wasted. If I could not find evidence of Her involvement for the whole term.It went on then you would think that I would have lowered her sentence .that’s my opinion.

  2. No one can predict what a judge will say or do .. not even the best Attorneys. Most of the judges in Fulton County are hard core. I’ve seen a few people destroyed on far less than Julie’s case. I’m holding onto hope, Julie will get out early on good behavior.

  3. I’m very Surprised, Disappointed and Confused? They said Julie was being resentenced because some of the case didn’t involve her, but she was given the same sentence? Most times I’ve heard like this, the wife doesn’t know Everything? I have to say something I’ve said before…Savanna Chrisley needs to be QUIET!!! You’re parents are getting Punished for your words, the wealthy have NO Power in this case, people don’t want to hear about Rich people Complaining. I know You care about your parents, STOP doing them any Favors, what’s going to Happen is going to Happen?

  4. I agree that Savanah is the problem. The more entitlement she claims, the worse the situation will get. She talks about how bad the parents have it in prison. I have news for you, it’s prison! Let them do their time quietly and they may get out early on their own.
