Showmances are nothing new on Dancing With The Stars. Pro dancer Gleb Savchenko and his Season 33 partner Brooks Nader ooze steamy chemistry. However, they deny dating rumors.

Ahead of the Season 33 premiere, Gleb and Brooks continuously shared flirty content online, adding fuel to the fire. Many DWTS fans were instantly reminded of last year’s “It” couple, Rylee Arnold and Harry Jowsey.

But if Gleb and Brooks aren’t actually romantically involved, one pro dancer wants them to knock it off.

Some Grow Tired Of Gleb Savchenko & Brooks Nader’s Unnecessary Flirting

Season 33 definitely wouldn’t be the first year DWTS fans thought Gleb Savchenko was dating his dance partner. But over the years, plenty have grown tired of the incessant rumors and flirting.

And one pro dancer agrees.

“Everyone’s nervous, even the athletes who have competed at the Olympics, they were nervous, – it’s really difficult to walk into a show that’s been going on for 33 seasons, but I also think they had a really short period as far as training goes,” former pro dancer Cheryl Burke shared with HELLO!

“If you’ve got a gorgeous couple competing, you better be goofy and balance it out. They’re almost too beautiful,” Cheryl continued.

However, she also has a key piece of advice for the pair. Showmances can certainly be a useful tool for gaining the audience’s votes. But at a certain point, it becomes a bit much and can actually hurt a couple’s performance.

“I think they both are very attracted to one another. I do think in the beginning it’s like any relationship, it is the honeymoon phase and I already know that that will die sooner rather than later in general as it does,” the Season 2 champion added. “And I hope that they’re able to get to work and, and stop the flirting.”

The Pair Have The Quickstep For Week Two

During premiere night, Gleb Savchenko and Brooks Nader performed the Tango to Britney Spears’ “Piece of Me.” They earned a 16/30 from the judges, but fans felt immediately captivated by their chemistry.

In week two, the duo will perform the Quickstep to “9 to 5” by Dolly Parton. Can they improve their scores and avoid this week’s double elimination?

Do you think Gleb Savchenko and Brooks Nader need to dial back their flirting? Or have you been enjoying their connection so far? Add your own thoughts to the comments below.
