Bruce Willis’ Family Worried They Don’t Have Much Time Left
Bruce Willis’ family has been offering many updates on his condition lately. His daughter said he is doing well, and his ex-wife, Demi Moore, has said he is in a “stable place.” However, a new report indicates that they are enjoying their time with him now because there might not be much more time left.
Here is what we know about Willis and his deteriorating health.
Bruce Willis’ Family Worries He Doesn’t Have Much Time Left
According to some new reports, Bruce Willis’ family fears they don’t have much time like with the retired actor. Two and a half years ago, Bruce retired from acting after doctors confirmed he had aphasia, a brain disorder that robs a person of their ability to communicate. Less than a year later came another diagnosis — frontotemporal dementia.
Earlier this month, Willis was seen out and around in Los Angeles. Of course, he wasn’t out walking around or seeing anyone. His bodyguards and driver took him out for a drive around Studio City earlier in September. Bruce sat in the backseat and took in his surroundings during a 35-minute drive.
It was a nice, safe way to get him out of the house for a short time. “He seemed relaxed,” an onlooker said (via In Touch). “He didn’t get out of the car.” However, these moments might be rare in the future if one source close to the family is correct.
“The disease has progressed to the point where his family worries they may not have much more time with Bruce left,” the source told In Touch. They are worried the 69-year-old might not even make it to his 70th birthday.
Bruce Willis’ Starting To Struggle More
The source also said that Bruce Willis is starting to lose more of his memories as frontotemporal dementia progresses. As a result, the family has been making him feel safe and at peace, a point of importance. “He rarely goes out, but when he does, it’s a carefully orchestrated operation,” they said.
They said he could still get around but needed help getting into the car. More so, they shared he has caretakers with him 24/7 to ensure he is okay and doesn’t get “confused or flustered.” He always has bodyguards to buffer him from the public.
The source also said that Bruce lacks the energy he once displayed and seems “vulnerable and dependent” now. Moonlighting creator Glenn Gordon Caron saw Bruce last year and said you can tell Bruce is still “in there,” but it is like he is seeing the world through a screen door now.
The source also said that Bruce no longer recognizes some people, including his ex-wife Demi Moore, but she still goes to see him every time she is in Los Angeles.
Sadly, his daughter Tallulah echoed the worries that time is running out. “I have hopes for my father that I’m so reluctant to let go of,” she said. “I’ve always recognized elements of his personality in me, and I just know that we’d be such good friends if only there were more time.”

I have always enjoyed Mr. Willis’s movies. He was a good actor who made some of the best action movies.
I am so very sorry to hear of his diagnoses, and the horrible way it effects him and his family. May God give him and his family strength, and all the happy moments possible. God bless them. I will keep them in my prayers.
