Kelly Osbourne discusses her battle with drugs and rehab. Osbourne has been to rehab many times for her battles with drugs and alcohol and has found them to make her and others worse rather than better.

Kelly Osbourne is a TV personality and singer who is the daughter of musician Ozzy Osbourne. Ozzy was the lead singer of the heavy metal band, Black Sabbath and is very well known.
Additionally, Kelly has very distinct purple hair and is a mom to her son, Sidney who was born in 2022. Kelly posts about her son a lot and even captioned one post, “So this is love!”
Some of Kelly’s songs are ‘One Word’ and ‘Changes.’ She is also an actress and fashion designer. Her family had a reality TV show called The Osbournes from 2002 to 2005.
Worse Than A Sickness
Kelly Osbourne has been battling with addiction for a very long time. She has gone to rehab for her substance abuse of drugs and alcohol many times. Osbourne revealed previously that she became addicted to the prescription opioid medication given to her after surgery when she was 13 years old.
When she originally revealed this truth, she explained how she “kept getting sick” and “had a really bad case of tonsilitis.” A surgery was done to fix this and then they gave her Vicodin.
The fashion designer went on to discuss how the “you’re not good enough” voices disappeared with drugs. She had “every voice in my head being like, ‘You’re fat, you’re ugly, you’re not good enough.'” These voices also said, “‘No one likes you, you don’t deserve this, people only like you because of who your parents are.’ And then, all of a sudden, every single voice was silenced and it felt like life gave me a hug.”
Not What Rehab Should Be
After finishing her 7th trip to rehab, she reveals the truth and the harm it has done. She told the world her story in the documentary, TMZ Investigates Matthew Perry And The Secret Celerity Drug Ring.
Speaking the truth about the dangers of rehab the singer said, “First rehab I went to was like University on how to be a better drug addict.” Additionally, she explained how she’d, “learned so many tricks, so many things that I never even thought of from my fellow addicts that were there.”
Furthermore, she revealed that she’d, “seen people threaten to leave until they got given what they wanted, whether it be Ambien for sleep or Valium for nerves – they would somehow end up getting it.”
