‘Sister Wives’ Robyn Brown Admits Marriage Trouble With Kody
As Sister Wives fans suspected, things aren’t going well between Robyn and Kody Brown. In the Season 19 premiere, Robyn admitted that she and Kody’s relationship has struggled since the other wives left. Robyn Brown Says ‘It’s Been Tough’
During the Season 19 premiere, Kody and Robyn attended Mykelti‘s baby sprinkle for her twins. The celebration for Ace and Archer was already tense because this was the first time they’d be face-to-face seeing Christine Brown and David Woolley.
However, in a confessional, Robyn shared that she and Kody are having trouble in their marriage. “We’re probably doing the worst we’ve ever done in our marriage,” she told cameras. Apparently, Kody is confused about who is to blame for the plural marriage coming to an end.
“It’s been tough. It’s been tough between us,” Robyn said. “He doesn’t know who to blame: himself or one of the other wives.”
Adding to the turmoil in their relationship, Robyn said that Kody feels rejected. In the end, she thinks he’s waiting for her to leave him too and that could push him to hit the door.
“And so I think he’s kind of looking at me going, are you going to reject me too? And so I’m on my toes,” Robyn she said in her solo confessional. She also admitted that she is constantly at work trying to make sure Kody isn’t “sabotaging” their relationship.
In Season 18 of Sister Wives, fans watched Kody’s marriage to Janelle crumble. Of course, since then, fans know that Kody and Janelle called it quits. However, in Season 19, you can see that Robyn is still holding out hope that they might be able to reconcile.
Robyn Brown Misses Her Sister Wives
With Meri Brown also gone, Robyn said that there aren’t any “resources” to help her through her marriage with Kody. He is going through multiple divorces and she’s not sure how to be there for him.
She admitted that she misses the camaraderie of having sister wives. Robyn also misses having a big family at home and feels rather helpless in her current situation.
Right now, Kody and Robyn Brown are living separately from the rest of the family in Season 19. They have their five children, Dayton, Aurora, Breanna, Solomon, and Ariella with them.
In real-time, however, Kody and Robyn recently listed their home in Flagstaff, Arizona for sale. This has sparked rumors that they might be getting a divorce. Robyn is clearly struggling to come to terms with the way her marriage is now, so it wouldn’t be surprising.
