She never addressed the rumors. A fan of Jeff Arcuri posted on Reddit that the comedian mentioned during a standup show in Kentucky after the trip that he proposed to Katie Thurston.

At this point, neither Jeff Arcuri or Katie Thurston have confirmed the engagement on social media. However, another Reddit user who went to the comedian’s show in D.C. said that the engagement was once again brought up.
According to the social media user, Jeff said he proposed to Katie in Hawaii and she said yes. He reportedly didn’t go into detail about the engagement or wedding plans. However, Katie Thurston did reveal on her Instagram last week that she’s in the process of moving to New York City, where Jeff lives when he’s not on the road.
Another Redditor who was at the same show chided the OP, saying that the comedian specifically asked no one post about the engagement on social media. It seems the couple isn’t ready to let the world in on their big news.
