Former Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa is proudly showing off her body after welcoming her son Tristan. The real estate guru has always been passionate about health and wellness. But pregnancy and birth helped her realize she needed to rethink a few things.
Now that Tristan is a little over 18 months old, she’s opening up about her fitness and diet plan with her followers. Read on to see what Heather had to say.
Heather Rae El Moussa Balances Motherhood & Fitness
More than being a reality star and working in the exciting world of real estate, Heather El Moussa loves being a mother. She gave birth to her son, Tristan Jay El Moussa, on January 31, 2023.
Establishing a fitness routine while raising a toddler is no easy feat. But Heather is throwing her full self into it. The reality star shared a photo of herself on Instagram and gave insights into her fitness regimen.
“My wellness non negotiables as a mama!” Heather shared on Instagram, detailing her fitness routine. She also attached a photo of herself admiring her rock-hard abs. “Beginning my journey: I gained 40 lbs. during pregnancy and I thought I was going to bounce back right away. However, I feel STRONGER and FITTER than before I had a baby now! I can contribute it to weights and protein!”

Overall, fans were astounded at her progress. Losing weight after having a baby can be a tremendous burden, but Heather made remarkable progress since welcoming Tristan. Instagram comments included:

The El Moussas Head Back To HGTV In The Flip Off
Many Selling Sunset fans sincerely miss seeing Heather on their screens. Although she’s no longer on Netflix, they can still catch her on HGTV in 2025. Heather and her husband Tarek El Moussa are starring in a new series, The Flip Off.
HGTV fans following Christina Hall’s ongoing divorce drama know that the series is supposed to be a race between the Halls and the El Moussas to successfully flip a home. But now that Josh and Christina Hall are divorcing, it seems like the El Moussas might race Christina on her own.
Right now, The Flip Off is expected to hit HGTV in 2025. But complications with the divorce might result in some production hiccups. For now, fans will have to stay tuned for more information.
