She went on to get engaged to Blake Moynes, though they quickly broke up. Katie Thurston is currently dating comedian Jeff Arcuri. Greg Grippo dated Bachelor alum Victoria Fuller for a year but is currently single. Victoria is dating an NFL quarterback.
