Devin Strader Dragged For Leaking Intimate Conversations With Ex-Fiance
Devin Strader has been public enemy number one since the Bachelorette finale. Viewers were horrified by the details Jenn Tran revealed about their breakup. But after nearly a week of silence, Devin decided it was time to share his side.
He posted a nearly 15-minute video refuting several claims his ex made on After The Final Rose. He revealed that they were in couples counseling until she made the decision to change therapists without consulting him. He also denied blindsiding her with the breakup.
According to Devin, he tried to make time to meet in person, but she refused and forced his hand, resulting in the breakup happening over the phone.
He also shared a screen recording of countless texts he and Jenn exchanged during their brief engagement. He previously released text messages after the finale that seemed to show that Jenn Tran threatened to break up with him multiple times before he officially ended their relationship.
The backlash from Bachelor Nation was swift and fierce. Fans were enraged that Devin Strader released private text messages without permission. Furthermore, fans were stunned to notice that the text included sext messages from Jenn Tran.
His Apology
Devin Strader claimed in a comment that he didn’t realize that he included such intimate texts from his ex-fiance. He quickly deleted the entire video, edited it to remove the offending texts, and reposted it.
He also shared an apology on his Instagram Story. He said that he was deeply sorry for sharing the sexts, and it wasn’t his intention to hurt Jenn. Devin said he simply wanted to show the relationship from his perspective.
The Bachelorette alum has since deleted the edited video. But the original video is still on Reddit.

Sam McKinney responded to Devin’s post with the middle finger emoji. Devin then replied to Sam with an eggplant emoji followed by another emoji of two fingers close together. Us Weekly speculated that Devin’s response was insinuating that Sam McKinney has a small p*nis.
