What happens when an out-of-work publicist meets with a newly-popular actor? Here is everything viewers need to know about Love On The Danube: Kissing Stars. According to the Hallmark+ synopsis, Savanah Bailey is a publicist for non-profits. She is expecting a promotion. However, she loses her job. But, her best friend Teddy (Kathryn Drysdale) has a business idea for Savannah.
Teddy is the director of a riverboat cruise. The ship is hosting a Rom-Com fan convention that is called KissCon. Teddy suggests to Savannah that she could take on a temporary gig with the celebrities on board. Savannah is none-too-thrilled about the idea of working with celebrities but needs the work. Therefore, she agrees. Now she is on the Danube River cruise.
Although the boat’s atmosphere is fantastic, she is not excited about who she is paired up with. He is Tripp Marks. He is from Montana and he is very shy. Moreover, he is very uncomfortable with his newfound fame. It is overwhelming for him. Now, she thinks she knows what he is all about, and he thinks the same of her. Neither are excited at the prospect of working with the other. But, they make it work. They need to for their careers.
“Savannah works with him during the cruise to improve his public persona and as they spend time together at events and on excursions, they begin to fall for each other. The two struggle with how they can have a relationship in the limelight, but with a grand gesture in front of all the fans, Tripp confesses his love. In the end, the two get together and Savannah decides to open her own PR firm and visit Montana with Tripp.”
