Dax Shepard Breaks Silence On Swingers Rumor

Dax Shepard Has Built A Successful Career In Hollywood

Shepard Addresses Long-Standing Swingers Rumor
There has been a rumor circulating about Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell over the years that the couple are swingers. This doesn’t seem entirely out of left field, and it even seems like something they have rolled with from time to time. Recently, speaking to Drew Barrymore, Dax finally set the record straight.
“There was the most exciting tabloid story that we were Hollywood swingers and we hosted swing parties, this was in the tabloids.”
Dax Shepard went on, adding: “My favorite part of that happening was we got a lot of texts from other friends of ours saying, ‘How could you not have invited me to the swinger party?'”

While talking about this situation, Dax Shepard even recalled the funny text he got from Jimmy Kimmel about the situation, adding: “I just thought that was great to receive a text from Kimmel saying, “My feelings are quite hurt that Molly [Kimmel’s wife] and I weren’t invited to this swingers party.”‘
Is There Any Truth To The Tabloid Rumor?
Setting the record straight after all this time, Dax Shepard went on to say that he and his wife are not, in fact, swingers. He said: “They were teasing, of course, because they know us and they know we are not hosting swinger parties.”
So, this puts the rumor to bed, straight from the horse’s mouth, so to speak. If anything, it’s somewhat impressive how long this rumor has persisted over the years.
