Particularly since things with Jasmine Pineda ended, Gino Palazzolo has been getting a lot of attention from the ladies. A lot of cast members stick around for the TLC paychecks, but, with a successful career as an automotive engineer, Gino does not need the TLC checks to survive.
So, the only other motive for him to hang around with TLC is to continue to cash in on the attention from the ladies as a franchise cast member. Being on the show clearly seems to have raised his profile and his status, and he seems more than eager to take full advantage of that, especially with Jasmine no longer in the picture.
