Jenn Tran Reached Out To Devin Strader After ‘Bachelorette’ Finale

Jenn Tran ‘Still Processing’ Breakup
Jenn Tran and Devin Starder confirmed on After The Final Rose special that they broke up about a month ago. However, Jenn admitted during an episode of Kaitlyn Bristowe’s Off The Vine podcast that it’s been “really hard” reliving the breakup in front of millions of viewers.
“Just reliving the past couple of months, watching it through my screen and then having had been broken up with, and then, still having to live through those moments with everybody else on screen, but then them not really knowing what happened and to now have to, again, relive our breakup in real-time. I’ve been processing a lot.”
Jenn Tran also made the surprising admission that she reached out to her ex after their tense confrontation last week. She wanted to “wish him the best.” She also posted a message on her Instagram Story after the finale admonishing her followers for sending Devin hateful messages.
But now it seems all bets are off. What happened?
When She Realized They Were Done
According to Jenn Tran, she hasn’t spoken to her ex since her initial reach out after the finale. In fact, she firmly said she was “done” with Devin. Why?
She revealed to Kaitlyn that she’s gotten a ton of DMs from girls who made allegations about Devin. Photos recently surfaced online of him hanging out with an unidentified woman while he was engaged.
Jenn Tran clarified that they had already broken up by then. She said that she’d heard through the grapevine that the woman was one of Devin’s ex-girlfriends.
Despite being done with her former fiance now, Jenn Tran admitted to Kaitlyn Bristowe that she had hoped to hash things out at ATFR and get back together. Obviously that didn’t happen.
“In that moment, sitting there next to him on stage and watching us promise our lives for each other and then realizing that we weren’t in that place anymore was heartbreak at its finest,” she said about the moment she realized it was over for good.
However, she also said she still doesn’t understand what happened. “I still don’t really understand how someone’s feelings and emotions and effort can change almost overnight,” she said on the podcast.
