Fans that follow the Irwins know Terri and Steve instilled their children with a love for animals early on. The family of four were incredibly close and enjoyed going on adventures together.
Steve’s death certainly changed life forever, but Terri wants everyone to remember that the family’s love for him never died.

“Steve had so much love for Robert and Bindi. He was the best dad. It warms my heart to see how much they always wanted to be just like him. I know he would be proud of the way they have continued his message and mission for conservation,” Terri shared.

Bindi and Robert are adults now, but they do their best to live up to their father’s legacy. Robert often mimics his father’s photos and adventures on Instagram. Meanwhile, Bindi is married and has a daughter of her own. She and her husband Chandler Powell tell their daughter stories about her Grandpa Steve, the great Crocodile Hunter.
