‘FBI: International’ Adds ‘Station 19’ Alum For Season 4
Fans of Station 19 who also watch FBI: International will be getting a nice surprise in Season 4. One of the fire department drama’s stars is coming to the police procedural. Station 19 ended in May 2024 after seven seasons, and it sounds like many cast members are moving on.
Here is who is coming to FBI: International and what this means for the series.
Jay Hayden Joins FBI: International Season 4
Station 19 alum Jay Hayden has signed to appear in FBI: International. Hayden, 37, played Travis Montgomery on Station 19 for all seven seasons. Station 19 is a spinoff from Grey’s Anatomy and wrapped up its run earlier this year. This will be Hayden’s first major new role since the series ended.
Hayden also appeared in The Catch as a series regular and was a recurring character in both Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and SEAL Team. In FBI: International, Jay will star as Agent Tyler Booth, an agent in Budapest. He arrives to help out with a case, and his character joins the cast later in the fourth season.
On Station 19, Hayden was Travis Mongomery, a firefighter who worked in Seattle at Station 19. He was an openly gay character, and that played into several of his storylines, specifically with his parents as well as his husband, who died and left him a widower.
When it comes to joining the new series, Hayden shared the news on his Instagram account and wrote, “Very excited.”
Changes Are Coming To FBI: International
There are big changes coming to FBI: International in Season 4. First up, Luke Kleintank left the franchise in Season 3. This means there is a new supervisory special agent and head of the International Fly Team. Jesse Lee Soffer will take over that role as a character named Wesley Mitchell.

In addition to Soffer and Hayden joining the show, returning cast members include Carter Redwood, Vinessa Vidotto, Eva-Jane Willis, and Christina Wolfe. The show is the second spinoff from the franchise and the third show in the series. This version follows the FBI’s International Fly Team, headquartered in Budapest.
As with the Chicago One and Law & Order franchises, this is another Dick Wolf production. The agents in this series defend Americans on foreign soil, traveling through Europe to track down and neutralize threats against American citizens abroad.
