‘The Challenge’ Fans Rip Laurel After She Accuses Fan Favorite

The Challenge fans are taking aim at Laurel Stucky over her treatment of Darrell Taylor after the latest episode of Season 40, Battle of the Eras.

Laurel Stucky Calls Out Darrell Taylor After Her Daily Win On The Challenge

The September 4 episode of The Challenge: Battle of the Eras featured all four teams participating in a heights over water trivia challenge.

Laurel and her fellow Era 2 teammate Johnny Bananas were victorious, narrowly beating Era 3’s Jordan Wiseley.

After her big win, the often outspoken Laurel called out Darrell for picking her as a “target” in the previous episode over Emily Schromm.

As she hurled insults, Laurel claimed that he chose Emily because she “gave him more massages” than she did.

Darrell, who was seen icing his back throughout the episode, tried to contain his composure.

Emily asked them to leave her out of it, explaining that, as a masseuse, she was just doing her job.

“[That’s] what I do for a living. So, for her to call me out like that makes me realize that she thinks I’m a huge threat. Something is brewing and she wants me out,” Emily stated.

The Challenge Fans Are Not Please That Laurel Brought Up Darrell’s Personal Life

Following Laurel’s insinuations that Darrell, who is a happily married father of two, was doing something other than getting help from a friend for his injury, fans took to social media to express their frustration.

“She brought his marriage up to make it seem like he’s f—ing around. We all saw Darell hurt his back and Emily says that’s her job. That’s even a new low for her. She’s just spiraling out of control. Guess since she can’t find true love she doesn’t want anyone else to be happy,” one fan wrote on X.

“That was a low blow. Emily NEEDS to give out massages in order to continue making these sagittarius moon juices, it ain’t Laurel’s business who she gives it to,” another shared.

“Laurel absolutely went too far. Why put that in the air like that,” a third commented.

Laurel’s not done with drama yet. In the teaser for the next episode, she is seen screaming at her frenemy, Cara Maria Sorbello, who is crying.

New episodes of The Challenge: Battle of the Eras air Wednesday nights on MTV.
