Susie Evans is going through a tough breakup and is looking back on regrets with her Bachelor ex, Clayton Echard. Keep reading for more details.
Justin Glaze Confirms Split From Susie Evans
Justin Glaze and Susie Evans kept fans guessing throughout their entire relationship. The Bachelor Nation alums began as friends. Their friendship flourished once they were both living in San Diego. Despite encouragement from fans, they were reluctant to take the leap from friends to lovers.
But it eventually happened and they confirmed in January that they were a couple. But rumors flew in July that the relationship was over after Justin was spotted on a date with another woman. Susie and Justin originally downplayed the status of their relationship by saying they were taking it day by day.
However, after constant fan speculation, Justin Glaze finally confirmed last month that the relationship was over. But he said they remained good friends.
Susie Evans was a guest on the Almost Famous podcast and said she’s on “good terms” with Justin despite breaking up. “We’re both trying to navigate it and love each other through it,” she said about the difficult split.
She Looks Back On Clayton Echard ‘Regrets’
Susie Evans admitted on the podcast that her very public breakup with Justin reminded of her last relationship. She dated Bachelor Clayton Echard for six months after meeting on the show. Susie rejected his final rose, but the two began seeing each other after filming. They were never engaged, though they did briefly live together in Virginia.
“I have regrets from how the last one went to be honest, even though I feel like I was mostly private about that too,” Susie said about her breakup with Clayton.
But one thing she doesn’t regret is exploring a romantic relationship with Justin Glaze. She encouraged anyone who wanted something more with a friend to try it. “What we did have in our relationship was so freaking fun, and like, it really was the best thing,” she said of her brief time with Justin.
“I think my honest truth on that is like absolutely, it’s worth it Justin and I’s friendship would have had to have changed regardless, like we were way too close for that to be normal if any of us started dating somebody else.”
It seems like Justin and Susie are trying their best to remain friends after ending their romantic relationship. Do you think they will be able to? Sound off in the comments.
