Doubling Down With The Derricos mom, Karen Derrico stays busy with her fourteen kids. However, with each new milestone, she takes time to appreciate the moments. Recently, she celebrated a big accomplishment in her oldest daughter, Darian Derrico’s life.

Undeniably, August was a big month for the Doubling Down With The Derricos family. Although the family has endured some tough things this year, they are showing their resilience. Not only does Deon Derrico’s mom, GG have ongoing health issues, but they sadly lost Deon’s nephew, Amani, in July. Likewise, the family is sorting through life with Karen and Deon’s divorce. But Karen has shared how the kids are still flourishing in their new hybrid school setup. Along with the big steps in the younger kids’ lives, Darian Derrico and GG had special milestones in August.

On Karen Derrico’s Instagram page, she updated fans about some big things that happened in August. Among them was a significant milestone for Darian Derrico. Then, she captions: “Goodbye August and hello September! With Amani’s passing 🪽💐in July, we welcomed August busy schedule with open arms! With a new school and the hybrid schedule that came with it, yall, we made it! We also navigated our ⛹🏾⛸️🎬 schedules as well😅! Then we celebrated @marian.derrico 75th BLESSED 🎂🎉🎊 and then we ended the month on our @darianderrico being declared our newest driver🚘! As excited as we are, I have to admit I’m nervous! I want the 👮 to escort her everywhere! 😩 Tell me that I’m not the only one that thinks this??? Anyway, 🥂to another busy month for September as we kick off the quints 🎂🎂 on 9/6! ♍️🥰.”
Fans Join In Darian Derrico’s Celebration
After Karen Derrico told fans about Darian Derrico’s big accomplishment of getting her driver’s license, many fans joined them in celebration. After recently graduating from highschool, Darian is beaming as she continues to step into her life as an adult.
