‘GH’ Viewers Slam ‘Disgusting’ Drew & Willow Storyline

Katelyn MacMullen Opens Up About Unexpected Kiss
GH viewers were shocked earlier this summer when Willow and Drew shared a kiss. But their portrayers – Katelyn MacMullen and Cameron Mathison – knew it was coming.
Soap Opera Digest chatted with the actress after the shocking kiss aired. She revealed that the actors were told ahead of time about the interaction.
“We did get a little heads-up. I think it was that Frank [Valentini, executive producer] came up to me and was like, “Just so you know, this is happening.” And I was like, “Okay! Let’s do it!'”
The actress reasons that Willow and Drew shared a bond. “I think the feelings they’ve been feeling towards each other and maybe have been denying just sort of caught up with them. But at the same time, she loves Michael very much,” she said of the kiss.
What Willow doesn’t know is that Drew had a secret affair with her mother, Nina (Cynthia Watros.) Willow eventually confessed to her mom about the smooch, though Nina didn’t reveal her own connection to Drew. Messy!
GH Fans Slam ‘Disgusting’ Willow & Drew Storyline
Drew and Willow vowed to keep their distance. But that didn’t last long. The official General Hospital Instagram shared a clip of Drew on the campaign trail, giving Willow a shoutout during his speech.

GH fans flooded the comment section with disdain for the storyline involving a huge age difference between Willow and Drew.

As you can see, fans begged the show to drop the storyline. However, one GH fan speculated that Willow and Drew would sleep together, resulting in a pregnancy.

This storyline of Drew and Willow is disgusting. He it’s old enough to be her father! GH please listen to your viewers and do not continue with this.

Drew and Willow storyline gross. Terrible writers. I don’t watch when Drew and Willow on. The writing so terrible or boring I’m quickly losing interest in watching General Hospital at all.
I’m done with GH if this ridiculous storyline with Drew and Willow continues. I can’t believe the way you killed off Michael when the person who is no a beloved character is having an affair with his nephews wife and not only that is angry at Michael. What if the tables were turned Drew. Ughhh!
