Jax And Brittany Want Nothing To Do With Each Other
The Valley stars Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright have completely avoided each other since she filed for divorce. The couple has been separated since January 2024 but had hoped they could work things out. Sadly, that did not happen and now, they are going their own ways. This has led them to keep their distance. Jax Taylor & Brittany Cartwright Are Done With Each Other
After nearly a decade together and five years of marriage, Brittany Cartwright had made her split from Jax Taylor official. She left their Valley Village home in early 2024 but they did not say anything until February 2024. This was a month ahead of The Valley premiere. Fans immediately believed it was a publicity stunt to get viewers interested in the Vanderpump Rules spinoff. Yet, the couple maintained that was not how it was and they were really struggling. More so, Brittany claimed she needed Jax to change and had for some time but he wouldn’t.
She moved into an Airbnb with their son, Cruz, 3 and their marital issues played out on the show. Jax recently spent time in an inpatient mental health facility but it was unclear why he did so. Was it for himself, his family, or to stay on the show? Now that he is back to filming The Valley, where he was allegedly served on camera, how are he and Brittany doing? According to Page Six, the two are doing their best to stay away from one another.

They have been filming Season 2 but are not interacting much like RHONJ’s Melissa Gorga and Teresa Gorga in Season 14. It was clearly hard to completely keep their distance as the cast participated in a field day, filled with activities. Allegedly, Brittany was happy and doing quite well whereas Jax Taylor seemed down. The estranged couple did their best to avoid each other with Brittany getting assistance whenever they got too close for comfort.
Season 2 Will Show It All
It is clear that nothing will be held back in Season 2 of The Valley. Jax Taylor was caught arguing with co-star Danny Booko right before he entered treatment. So, his absence will undoubtedly be a hot topic and then, Brittany Cartwright’s decision to file for divorce will also come up. As for how the show will cover him getting served is to be seen but it will likely be dramatic. It allegedly happened at his bar, Jax’s Studio City since Brittany was filming elsewhere that same day. There is a lot that will go down but it may make for a thrilling but emotional season. Hopefully, this will warrant a reunion.
