‘Sister Wives’ Kody & Robyn Brown Selling House, Coyote Pass Next?
Sister Wives stars Kody and Robyn Brown’s lavish Flagstaff mansion is up for sale and the price is quite lofty. The couple has been seen traveling around over the last several months. Yet, this was a home that meant a lot to both of them so to sell it is a big deal. So, how much have they priced it at and what does the home come with? Keep reading for all of the details.
Sister Wives Kody & Robyn Brown Selling Flagstaff House
When the Brown family moved from Las Vegas to Flagstaff, their living situation was uncertain. They had just bought a large lot of land called Coyote Pass where their dreams began. It would be divided into parcels for each wife but first, the four wives needed homes. Janelle Brown and Meri Brown both found rentals while Christine Brown Woolley purchased her house. Robyn Brown wanted to rent but was ultimately forced into buying her rental for around $800K. It worked out as the pandemic hit in 2020 so Kody Brown spent most of his time there with her five children.
By 2021, Christine left the marriage and moved back to Utah, using the proceeds from her home for a fresh start. Janelle also exited but as a renter, she was fine. Finally, Meri gave up her Flagstaff rental so she could spend more time in Utah at her B&B. Now, Robyn and Kody’s Flagstaff respite is up for sale and the asking price is $1,650,000. It boasts 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, and is 4,476 Sq Ft. Additionally, the home has two laundry rooms and four garage spaces.
The home was officially listed on Monday, August 26th, 2024. Now, there is no given reason as to why they have chosen to sell this home as of now. However, it may become clear when the new season of Sister Wives begins on September 15th. Previews show Kody and Robyn Brown having extreme marital issues as she feels like an “idiot.” More so, Robyn states: “He is sabotaging our relationship.” As for Coyote Pass, that is now officially paid off but will that be up for sale next?
Coyote Pass Gone?
Janelle Brown was the only sister wife who cared deeply for Coyote Pass when all was said and done. Christine Brown Woolley sold off her portion to the family. The equity she had in Coyote Pass made up for her selling her Flagstaff home and taking the proceeds so it was considered even. If Kody and Robyn Brown are so hard up for money, could they sell CP? It would all depend on what stake Janelle and Meri still have in it. Then, the couple would have to buy the exes out so they could do what they wanted. Now, are fans shocked Kody and Robyn sold Flagstaff? They wanted to know about CP and the status of the lot:
-
Wouldn’t it be f*cking hilarious if they decided to move back to Utah.
- No waaaaay!! I wonder if Coyote Pass is going up for sale too
- I wonder what is going on? This is a surprise.
Fans also questioned why it was so clean as Robyn always has clutter and little items all over. Some noted it was likely for staging.
