Tammy Slaton Wants To Help Others Get On A Better Path
Tammy Slaton has been relatively quiet on Instagram lately. But she did make a reappearance this week to detail her weight loss journey. She admitted to fans that she struggled with alcohol in addition to her food addiction, which made it incredibly hard for her to meet her goals.
But now that she’s turned her life around, she wants to help others too. She teamed up with Pop Recovery Systems to spread the love.
“On my transformation journey, I’ve faced moments where I’ve turned to food to cope when I’m feeling down. It’s something many of us struggle with, and it can be tough to break that cycle. That’s why I’m so passionate about my partnership with Pop Recovery Systems,” Tammy shared in a new Instagram video. She went on to detail how much she appreciates the organization.
“I know there are so many people out there going through similar struggles who might not know where to turn for help. That’s why I’m sharing this with you,” the TLC star added before sharing more information about the brand partnership.

Tammy Slaton wasn’t always very popular with 1000-Lb Sisters viewers. But after turning over a new leaf, fans are rallying around her. Viewers love encouraging her and can’t wait to see what she will accomplish next.
