However, he has been in a mental health facility and his wife sent him divorce papers. Jax is trying to be the best father to his son, Cruz. So that is what he is focusing on. It is rumored that she is dating Tanner Courtad from The Bachelorette. She has also gotten all of her belongings out of the house with the help from her mother. Brittany has officially filed for divorce.

Jax Taylor has revealed how he feels about the situation. A source revealed what he had said.
“[He] knows this is ultimately the right decision but is sad that things ended up the way they have. It’s been an emotional month for him and he’s trying to stay strong for his son.”
They also revealed that he was “feeling mixed emotions” about the divorce. However, Brittany was certain that this is what she needed to do.
“There’s a lot that has transpired over the past few months that she could not look past. This decision wasn’t made lightly but she feels adamant that it was the right one.”
