‘BIP’ Tia Booth Says Husband Ruined Pregnancy Surprise
Bachelor in Paradise Tia Booth revealed on social media that her husband ruined her big surprise by revealing she was pregnant with their second child. The couple already has one little one, Tatum. Keep reading to find out more about what happened. Plus, do they know the baby’s gender?
Tia Booth Says Taylor Ruined Pregnancy Surprise
Bachelor alum Tia Booth is opening up more about her second pregnancy including how Taylor Mock found out. During an Instagram Q&A, Tia revealed that after finding out she was expecting, she wanted to keep it a secret. She wanted to plan something special to reveal her exciting news to her husband.
Tia shared that sadly her surprise was ruined when Taylor decided to trim his toenails. She said, “I was trying to keep it a secret so I could surprise him and he found the test wrapper in the trash when he went to cut his toenails hahaha.”
Tia went on to share a video of her open trash can and the pregnancy test wrapper right on top. She then pulled out a test which revealed faint lines. Taylor said it must be a false positive.
They revealed to the world last week that they are expecting their second child. Tatum is now 20 months old and was sporting a big bro sweater in the announcement video.

Do They Know The Baby’s Gender?
Tia Booth also answered someone’s question about whether or not they know the baby’s gender.
Tia went on to share that she decided she does not want to know the baby’s gender until he or she makes their debut. However, while she doesn’t want to know, Taylor does and so she is trying not to let him peer pressure her into finding out.
She said,
We are not finding out this time. That was my idea. I just wanted to do that. This is our second kid and I wanna do it at least once. Taylor does not like that. He wants to know so I’m trying to not let him peer pressure me into finding out. We’ve done the genetic testing — I just didn’t open the email. I’m just waiting for my OB to let me know … the results for everything.
They also talked about what to name their new baby. Many fans wanted to know if they will stick with a name that starts with the letter T. She revealed that Taylor wants to but she thinks their baby would appreciate being a little bit different.
