The Georgia native accuses her husband of scamming her, so she hires a private investigator to learn his secrets. However, the private investigator, Todd, turned the tables against Angela, saying that her husband had been innocent and he had hundreds of proof to say that he wasn’t cheating. But Angela denied her husband’s innocence and continued to believe that he was planning horrible things behind her back. This made Michael think that his wife may only be after bringing him down and not fixing their marriage anymore.
TLC Releases Special Episode For HEA Tell-All Part 4

According to the poster, only a few people may have watched the bonus scenes from the segment. It features Manuel and Ashely discussing their plans to have a child once they have a house. The couple said it to pregnant Emily Bieberly, who happily listened to them. Another scene also featured Ashely becoming more fluent in Spanish. There’s also footage of Loren talking about her recovery from her cosmetic surgery, saying it took longer than the show implied.
