‘Big Brother’ Fans Seething After Latest Eviction
Big Brother fans were reeling after Thursday night’s eviction. Although the eviction was as dramatic as anyone hoped, a lot of fans think it was predictable and are convinced they know who will win now. Here is what fans are saying about the latest elimination on the CBS reality show.
Big Brother Fans Think They’re Handing The Victory To Tucker
On Thursday’s episode of Big Brother, there were three new people up for elimination. Brooklyn Rivera, Cam Sullivan-Brown, and Chelsea Baham all faced eviction. The three houseguests went up against each other in the AI Arena.
The challenge was called Digital Decryption. During the challenge, each of the houseguests was asked to look at letters floating across large screens. As they looked, they were supposed to decode them and create a picture with cutouts.
In the end, Brooklyn wound up being voted out of the Big Brother house. After seeing how things unfolded, fans were furious, calling the show predictable and weak.
“Another predictable-a** eviction from a bunch of boring-a** sheep,” one person wrote on social media. “Man the game really turned on Brooklyn FAST. She was in a great position 1.5 weeks ago lol,” another person commented.
Many viewers think the latest development on BB 26 has handed the game to Tucker Des Lauriers, who has been a controversial houseguest this season.
“They are literally handing the game to Tucker,” one fan wrote. “Everyone is just doing what Tucker wants. Like Brooklyn said, they’re all playing for second place. You have numbers for flips if you keep Brooklyn,” a second viewer pointed out.
Brooklyn Addresses Charcuterie Incident In Interview
As with the other houseguests who are evicted, Brooklyn sat down for an exit interview with Big Brother host Julie Chen Moonves. In her chat with Julie, Brooklyn said she felt like the other houseguests were essentially handing Tucker an easy win.
She also said that she believes the houseguests are focused on the wrong people. “They’re all scared of Tucker, and they should really be scared of Quinn – and me, and that’s why I’m sitting here,” Brooklyn said. She also said that Quinn is playing a stronger game than Tucker all around.
Brooklyn also spoke about the now-infamous charcuterie incident that happened earlier in the week. The BB houseguest was caught eating a charcuterie board that was previously gifted to Angela Murray, pushing her to tears.
“She couldn’t eat it. She was a have-not! And you can’t let good meat and cheese go to waste,” Brooklyn laughed in her exit interview.
Angela, on the other hand, said that she was trying to save the charcuterie board for a special moment. In a confessional, Angela said that she didn’t mind sharing, but the board was awarded to her for winning Head of Household.
Even though other houseguests (Makensy Manbeck, Leah Peters, and Tucker Des Lauriers) all enjoyed some of the charcuterie as well, Angela was only bothered by Brooklyn. “Brooklyn, she did not ask me,” she said. “And those cheeses and meats do stay good for two to three weeks, they don’t go bad in a week. Ooh, it just pisses me off.”
Like many other people in the house, Brooklyn and Angela have butted heads numerous times before her eviction.
Big Brother airs on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8 p.m. EST and Sundays at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
