First Dancing With The Stars Contestant For Season 33 Announced
Season 33 of ABC’s popular celebrity dance show premieres on Tuesday, September 17. The complete cast announcement won’t come until Wednesday, September 4. But the network released the name of one cast member earlier this week.
Olympic bronze medalist Stephen Nedoroscik will compete on Season 33. Collectively known online as the “Pommel Horse Guy,” Stephen Nedoroscik went viral for his routine that nabbed the United States its first Olympic medal in Men’s Gymnastics in over a decade.
Now fans of the dance competition think ABC dropped a hint that Bachelor Natio star Rachel Recchia will also compete on Season 33.

ABC Teases Rachel Recchia Appearance On Men Tell All
It’s not usual for former Bachelor Nation stars to make appearances on future seasons of the franchise. Rachel Recchia was the Seaso 19 co-Bachelorette with Gabby Windey and later appeared as a contestant on Season 9 of Bachelor In Paradise.
However, it is unusual for an alum from the show to appear on the Men Tell All special. The special episode gathers rejected contestants from the current Bachelorette season to reflect on the season, resolve feuds, etc. The Men Tell All airing on Tuesday, August 27, with the men from Season 21 of The Bachelorette.
ABC released a strange promo on social media teasing Rachel Recchia’s appearance at the Men Tell All. The clip features Rachel in a black and white dress, picking out a rose from a bouquet that had a card signed, “from the ghost with the most.”
“Is Rachel in the afterlife? Find out as Jenn’s Men Tell All,” a voiceover teased as the lights shut off, leaving Rachel standing in a blue light.
Fans Speculate Reason For Surprise Appearance
Bachelor Nation fans were beyond confused by the promotion. The Instagram post tagged the upcoming Beetlejuice movie. There’s some connection between Rachel Recchia and the movie.
However, several fans guessed in the comment section that she might be joining the new season of Dancing With The Stars. Season 28 Bachelor Joey Graziadei has been heavily rumored to be the Bachelor Nation star on the upcoming season.
Rachel’s former co-Bachelorette, Gabby Windey, was a contestant on Season 31 of DWTS.
