‘MBFFL’ Fans Think Whitney Way Thore Traumatized Her Niece
TLC star Whitney Way Thore is pretty infamous for pushing boundaries on My Big Fat Fabulous Life. But is she taking things too far during her niece’s wedding storyline?
Fans already felt aggravated with Whitney when she made herself the center of attention during a heart-to-heart with Jaime. But footage from the new episode really set fans off.

MBFFL Fans Rage Over Whitney Way Thore’s Behavior This Week
Seasoned My Big Fat Fabulous Life viewers are accustomed to Whitney Way Thore’s antics by now. But in the new episode, they think she pushed things way too far.
Bachelorette parties can be a little raunchy, but no one deserves to feel uncomfortable during the fun. It didn’t seem like Jaime appreciated Whitney’s behavior during the party. Reddit lit up with MBFFL viewers criticizing the episode.
“Pretty sure we just witnessed [Jaime] be traumatized by Whitney,” a Redditor titled their post this week. “If any of my family members pretended to perform oral on any vegetable, any fruit, any object on Earth… I would have to find the nearest cliff immediately.”
The OP went on to say how mortified Jaime had to feel during the situation. After all, it was recorded and displayed on national television for everyone to see.
“[She] repeatedly said she didn’t want to do it. Like any sane non-incestuous person would. She was visibly disgusted to the point she had to turn her back and let Whitney continue to open her giant sea bass mouth and roll around like Violet Beauregarde in blueberry mode holding her tongue out. Jaime was noticeably uncomfortable and violated.”
They concluded the post by saying Jaime is likely in a contract and can’t escape now. Plenty of other Reddit users echoed similar sentiments, adding that the entire scene made them extremely uncomfortable.

And it’s not the first time Whitney didn’t respect another person’s boundaries.
“Your post is reminding me of when Whitney forced Jaime to walk over the bridge in Switzerland, which she definitely did not want to do. I walked away from the TV during this bachelorette scene, but now I think I should go back to see what happened to poor Jaime,” another Redditor chimed in.
“Everyone must pass Whitney’s boundary breaking initiation to collect that TLC check,” another added.
