‘Bachelorette’ Suitor’s Mom Grills Jenn Tran During Hometowns
It’s time for the highly anticipated Hometown dates on The Bachelorette. Jenn Tran meets the families of her final four men and gets grilled by the mom of one of her suitors. Keep reading for more on what to expect from Hometowns.
Jenn Tran’s Contestant Named Next Bachelor
Jenn Tran sent Grant Ellis, Sam McKinney, and Spencer Conley home last week, leaving just four suitors left. But the elimination turned out to be life-changing for Grant. He was named the next Bachelor after the episode finished airing.
The announcement came as a surprise to Bachelor Nation fans. Casting announcements usually happen during the Tell All specials or After The Final Rose.
Season 29 of The Bachelor will likely premiere in January, 2025.
Emotions Are High During Hometowns As One Suitor Confesses His Feelings
Jenn Tran’s top four have been chosen. Who is still standing on Season 21 of The Bachelorette?
- Devin Strader: 28, Freight company owner
- Jeremy Simon: 29, Real estate investor
- Jonathon Johnson: 27, Creative director
- Marcus Shoberg: 31, Army Ranger veteran
Any one of those men could be Jenn’s future husband. At this point in the process, she has feelings for multiple men. But one of her suitors made a shocking confession in the preview about being unsure about his own feelings.
Marcus admitted to having doubts. “Jenn is incredible, but I’m stuck between liking someone and loving them. I’m feeling shame about not being there yet. Going into this Rose Ceremony, Jenn deserves to have guys here that are certain.”
However, another suitor couldn’t hold in his feelings for Jenn any longer. Devin tells Jenn Tran in the trailer that he loves her.
Jenn Tran Grilled By Bachelorette Suitor’s Mom
The suitors aren’t the only ones with mixed emotions. Jenn Tran meets the families of her final four contestants. She is well-received by most.
But Jeremy’s mom grilled Jenn and gave her a harsh reality check. “You think you and Jeremy have a bond, but this is not a game, it’s your future.”
‘Beautiful Night For Some Heartbreak’
The trailer ends with the men standing at the rose ceremony. It will be at least one suitor’s last rose ceremony before elimination.
Jeremy remarks, “It’s a beautiful night for some heartbreak.” Devin responds, “Ain’t that the truth.”
Even though Hometowns are upon us, viewers won’t find out how the season ends for a couple more weeks. The Men Tell All special has yet to air first.
