Carrie Underwood And Her Husband Are Looking To Adopt A Child
Carrie Underwood and her husband, Mike Fisher, are looking to adopt a child. This has been something they have talked about for a while. However, it seems that now they are ready to take the steps to do so. Fans love that Carrie and Mike want to adopt a child who needs a family. Carrie Underwood Suffers Miscarriages
Carrie Underwood unfortunately has had a hard time with pregnancy in the past. After having their first son, she suffered three miscarriages in a row. She did not think she was going to be able to have a second child. However, after begging God to let her get pregnant, she ended up having her second son.
“Why on Earth do I keep getting pregnant if I can’t have a kid? Like, what is this? Shut the door. Like, do something. Either shut the door or let me have a kid. And for the first time, I feel like I actually I told God how I felt, that was like a Saturday — and the Monday I went to the doctor to, like, confirm, another miscarriage. And they told me everything was great! He heard me.”
They Are Looking To Adopt
Since Carrie has suffered so much during pregnancy, adopting is the best option for them. A friend of the family let fans know that they are talking to lawyers about adopting.
“Carrie lost three babies during pregnancies before she had Jacob, and she figured that was God’s plan for her, but Mike has been gung-ho about adding to their family, so they are going to bring another child into their home. They’ve met with lawyers about it, and their boys are over the moon thinking about having a little brother or sister added to the family mix!”
This is exciting for their family. Fans are happy for the four of them. Carrie just could not go through any more miscarriages which fans understand. However, this should not stop them from having another child if they want one. They can love a child that is not biologically theirs just as much as their other two sons.
It seems that Carrie has not had the best of luck when it comes to pregnancy. This is too much for her physical and mental health. Adopting a child is going to be the best way for the two of them to go. This will also help a child have a family. Their two sons are going to be happy to have a sibling.
