Viewers Think Certain ‘American Idol’ Judge Needs Replaced
Some viewers think there is another American Idol judge who needs to be replaced. It seems people think Katy Perry shouldn’t have been the only one to go. The judges are now Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie, and Carrie Underwood. Fans are ecstatic to see Carrie as a judge. However, some wish they would’ve seen someone else new alongside her. Katy Perry Quits
Katy Perry decided to take a step back from judging the competition show. She revealed that she wanted to focus more on her music. Fans were sad to see her go. However, people are excited to see what she has in store for the future. Maybe this means she will go on a tour since she has more time. Carrie Underwood is taking her place. There was a lot of speculation about who would be Katy’s replacement. Some thought it may be Kelly Clarkson or Jelly Roll. However, fans are happy that it is Carrie.
People Think Another Judge Should Be Replaced
Some fans think one of the other judges should have been replaced as well.
- “I AM excited to see Carrie on the other side of the table. What I WISH they would have done is replaced Luke and Lionel too…”
- “I wish they change Luke with someone from rock background ( eg : Adam Lambert, Dave Grohl etc )”
- “I agree! Carrie is cool but replace Lionel and Luke ! my picks would be replace Lionel with Janet Jackson or P!nk. Replace Luke with Alanis, Jelly Roll or Adam Lambert.”
- “I’m out. I hate county music and with two country judges I can see the way the wind is blowing. The last few seasons have been awful and when they cut down Hollywood week in the last season I was very disappointed. This new judge pick is my reason to finally jump ship.”
- “Carrie is there because she is by far the most successful Idol alumni. Kelly Clarkson is SURPRISINGLY the 2nd most successful. Carries there to hopefully guide the new comers to the same fame and give her wisdom to them.”
Fans want to see a whole new panel of judges for American Idol. However, that will not be happening this season.
It seems some people think Luke and Lionel should have also been replaced. While others loved one and wished the other was replaced. Regardless, the next season is going to be entertaining.
