Ashley Iaconetti Questions Jenn Tran’s Ex Boyfriend’s Intentions
Bachelor in Paradise Ashley Iaconetti shared her thoughts on Bachelorette Jenn Tran’s ex-boyfriend showing up. While fans saw the situation play out on screen Monday night, Ashley has questions. Did Matt Rossi show up in New Zealand for the right reasons? Keep reading to find out Ashley’s thoughts on the topic.
Ashley Iaconetti Has Questions About Jenn Tran’s Ex
Ashley Iaconetti shared her thoughts on Matt Rossi’s trip to New Zealand to try and win back his ex Jenn Tran.
US Weekly caught up with Ashley to get her thoughts on this season of The Bachelorette. She compared Matt showing up on Jenn’s season to when Nick Viall showed up on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season. However, in Nick’s case, they had not actually dated before.
She said, “I think that when your ex becomes the Bachelorette, you have a whole new glow and fascination about them, right? ‘How did you let the Bachelorette go?’ So, I can understand his feeling of desperation and being like, ‘Wow, I’m such an idiot. Why didn’t I lock this girl down when I could’ve?’”
In the end, Ashley doesn’t think they are actually compatible enough to make it long-term. Many fans think Matt is a clout chaser and just looking to gain more followers and fame.
Of course, fans now know the outcome of Matt’s plea to Jenn. She ended up not letting him join her season. Jenn was shocked he showed up but she already has strong connections with the other men on her season.
Ashley’s Thoughts On The Other Men
Ashley Iaconetti also shared her thoughts on two of the front runners in Jenn’s season. Sam M. and Devin have both made names for themselves and not necessarily in the way that one would like to be noticed.
Both have been deemed a villain and they have a huge issue with each other. However, Ashley thinks that Devin is the more likable of the two even though they both have character flaws.
She joked it would be funny to see Sam M. and Devin as Jenn’s final two.
A lot of fans were unhappy when Austin was sent home on Monday night’s episode. Some are even calling for him to be the next Bachelor.
As for Matt, he left New Zealand the same way he came, alone. Ashley did mention she thought it was crazy he flew all the way there and paid for it himself. Do you think he really paid for it?
What do you think about Ashley’s take on Matt showing up?
