AGT judges table

America’s Got Talent Season 19 will start again after the Paris Olympics end. This will start the live rounds, and some changes are being made. In addition to adding new golden buzzers to the live AGT rounds, where judges can send people straight to the finals, there are also 44 acts competing for the fans to vote on.

Here is a look at what to expect from AGT when the live rounds start.

There Are 44 Acts Coming To AGT Live Rounds

The live shows will start when the Paris Olympics end. They will begin with four weeks of quarterfinals. Each week, 11 acts will perform, and only three will advance. By the end of the four weeks, 12 acts will advance to the next round, all chosen by the fans.

The judges will get to use their golden buzzers again in the quarterfinals. While they increased to two golden buzzers each in tryout rounds this year (up from one each last year), they now get a third one to push people to the finals. Some fans aren’t happy about this, but the golden buzzers are one of the most exciting and heartwarming moments of the episodes.

The next round is the semifinals, where the 12 talents who advanced by fan vote compete. Six of those 12 acts will move on to the finals and compete with the four that the judges awarded golden buzzers. The 10 will compete in the finale, starting on September 17 and ending on September 24.
