Will Hallmark Mystery Air Christmas Mystery Movies?

Once Countdown To Christmas kicks off, Hallmark Mystery will be awash in holiday lights and Christmas carols. But, could there be some mysteries? That seems very probable. Last year, Victor Webster and Erica Cerra starred in Mystery On Mistletoe Lane. While this was more of a scavenger hunt instead of a “dead body” mystery, there was a mystery nonetheless.

The feel-good network has been keeping the holiday season mysteries lighter. But, there is one new option coming up on the newly branded streamer, Hallmark+.

Hallmark+ Will Premiere Mistletoe Murders During Holiday Season

For those Sleuthers who want a more cozy sort of Hallmark Mystery over the holiday season, they may want to check out the upcoming Mistletoe Murders series on Hallmark+. This is based on the Audible podcast of the same name. The new series stars Sarah Drew and Peter Mooney.

The first season will be six episodes long, matching the first season of the podcast. That premiere on the newly branded streamer is forthcoming.

Sleuthers, are you looking forward to these new mysteries?

  1. Beyond thrilled over the new Cases movie finally having an air date. It is great to see Paul Campbell finally get all the attention he deserves.

Do you know if Alison Sweeney wrote the script for this movie, as she did for “One Bad Apple”? I thought she did a really good job at not only setting up the mystery, but also in introducing a new character and satisfying fans of the Murder / Hannah series of films.

    1. We are still awaiting more information about the new Hannah Swensen and whether or not Alison wrote it. When we know, we will let you know!
