Matt Hardeman has revealed how his mother felt about Angela screaming at him.

“She was hot, momma’s, like I’m sure all of ours are, she loves me more than anything. She protects me. I’m the thing she’s most proud of in her life, and it’s such an honor to be raised by a woman like that. She was hot, but I definitely had to calm her down and let her know, ‘Hey mom, this is just a game. And also it’s an opportunity that I got to display grace and forgiveness that you taught me,’ and I think when she started to see things through that lens, it really changed her perspective. She was so proud of the way that I responded in a really intense and public moment like that.”
