‘RHONJ’ Reboot Still Uncertain
The idea of a complete RHONJ reboot is still uncertain and up in the air despite some comments made by Andy Cohen. It seems that no one knows what way the show will go when Season 14 ends but what does Bravo know? Keep reading for all of the details.
RHONJ Reboot Still Uncertain
Season 14 of RHONJ has been such a mess and the cast is completely divided. From the beginning, Andy Cohen made it clear the show could not go on this way. Major changes would be coming but no one knew what they would be. The next shakeup was the revelation that there would be no reunion. Fans were terrified as the last time this happened was at the end of Season 13 of RHONY. After that, the show took a major step back and tried to reevaluate the next best step. They had two choices: one was to bring back the best of the best. Then, the second was to completely reboot the series and they went with that option.
Would this be the fate of New Jersey? It looked like that was the direction it would be headed as viewers were growing tired of this cast’s antics. Then, Andy Cohen spoke out and said there were four ways the show could go. Finally, he said that the show would be rebooted with fresh faces while speaking on his radio show. Some listeners heard it differently and felt that it would not be a complete reboot. After this was picked up everywhere, he is now clearing the air on this news. According to Reality Tea, he misspoke in the heat of the moment.

It seems when a caller called in, Andy said how he felt about RHONJ at that time:
“I was just riffing. We are going to reimagine the show in some way, and I was just like, ‘Yeah, we’re rebooting. Who knows? Maybe it’ll be all fresh faces.’ And that was just me kind of in the mood.”
So, does he even know what is going to happen or is he still in the dark as are most people?
“I was … not definitively saying it’s going to be all fresh faces.”
Yet, it did surprise him that what he said went everywhere but this is a big deal for fans.
What Do Fans Want?
After hearing Andy Cohen seemingly backtrack on his RHONJ comments, what do fans want for the show? Are they ready for it to end or do they see something else?
- Pack it up. Shut it down. We tired!
- Sir decided by is the fans….please find an actual group of friends or just shut the franchise down
- Now Andy is messy…dear lord 🙏 get on the same page!
- Andy Jersey will be better without Toxic T. She’s the common denominator of all the hate.
The season finale airs on Sunday, August 4th and then there will be an alternate reunion. Each group of ladies will watch the finale together and offer their commentary. Then, it will be over and the show will go on a hiatus to see what will happen next.
