Acorn TV Detective Drama ‘Signora Volpe’ Back For Season 2 Starring Emilia Fox
Acorn TV has now dropped the first episode of Signora Volpe Season 2. This stars Pride & Prejudice star Emilia Fox in a cozy detective mystery about a former M16 agent who now lives in a quaint Italian village, dating a dashing Italian.
Fox portrays Sylvia Fox, a British spy who left her life as an M16 agent after being disillusioned with the organization. In addition, she got divorced from her fellow spy, Adam Haines, portrayed by Jamie Bamber. She decides to reconnect with her artist sister Isabel, portrayed by Tara Fitzgerald.
However, she cannot give up her sleuthing ways. In tremendous shape, Sylvia has keen spy skills including surveillance, and investigative talents, and has some good spy connections at the local gelato shop that help her solve mysteries.
In the first season, she is there for her niece, Alice (Issy Knopfler), befriends, and falls for the local Capitano Riva (Giovanni Cirfiera). The handsome Carabinieri and Sylvia always wind up at the crime scene, so it was natural that they would find romance in beautiful Umbria.
By the end of the first season, Sylvia has found a sense of place. She gets her dreamy Italian villa and she is settled for the first time in years. However, now she is going to face some demons from her past.

Acorn TV Has Dropped First Episode Of Signora Volpe Season 2
On Monday, Acorn TV dropped the first episode of Signora Volpe Season 2. This episode is called “A Debt Of Honor.” Sylvia and Isabel see an interaction after a funeral. Soon, the former spy finds herself sneaking around a house, trying to solve a mystery that no one will acknowledge.
As always, there is a lot of beautiful Umbrian scenery as Emilia Fox’s character tries to unravel a spiderweb and solve a murder.
How Many Episodes Are In Signora Volpe Season 2?
There are three episodes of Acorn TV’s Signora Volpe. However, each episode is supersized at 90 minutes long.
Here are the names of the other two episodes. The second episode is entitled, “A Deadly Net.” Acorn TV will drop this episode on Monday, August 5. Lastly, the third episode is entitled “Death Of A Ghost.” This final Season 3 episode drops on Monday, August 12.
Both episodes find Sylvia dealing with her past. One is personal, while the other is professional. Subsequently, that also becomes an issue from her past as well.

Firstly, there are some revelations that surprise the audience as much as the lead. Next, there is a lot of progress in telling Sylvia’s personal and professional story. Moreover, Emilia Fox gives a very gritty performance as the former M16 agent.
Therefore, stream it. Your only regret is that Season 3 has not been announced or made. That is because the season ends with a shocking cliffhanger!
