Rachel Recchia Shares Shocking Video Giving Herself IV Meds
Former Bachelorette and BIP star Rachel Recchia appears to still be facing medical issues. She shared with fans in late June that she was in the hospital for a severe kidney infection. It’s been a month and it seems she is still on the road to recovery. Her latest Instagram Story reveals her giving herself IV medication through a picc line in her arm. What is going on with her? Rachel Recchia Still Recovering
It seems Rachel Recchia is still having issues with her kidneys. She shared in June that she was hospitalized for a bad kidney infection after having believed she only had the flu.
Now, she’s out of the hospital but it looks like she is not quite back to normal. In one post on Instagram from two weeks ago, Rachel is sitting by a pool and says, “how i look while going through it”
She looks stunning sitting by the pool in a bikini but what caught the attention of many is her arm wrapped in a bandage. Jill Chin commented and said, “You would hardly know your kidney is on the fritz! Blessahhhh”
As it turns out, Rachel has a picc line so she can still get IV medication for her medical issues without being cooped up in a hospital room. In her latest Instagram Story, Rachel shows fans what she does to administer the meds herself. The video can be seen below.
Other than showing the process, Rachel has not given any further updates on her condition. Perhaps after many fans no doubt questioned her having a picc line she will provide everyone with more details about her illness.
Is She Dating?
It appears as if Rachel Recchia is not dating. She’s tried her luck on The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise. However, nothing has worked out for her.
There were rumblings that she could have been pursuing Blake Moynes. Those rumors have died down and it seems they are just good friends.
Rachel has been able to laugh at herself though. When The Golden Bachelor aired she joked that she would be on The Golden Bachelorette in 40 years.
Fans love Rachel and are hoping that soon she will find someone special to share her adventures with.
